Diego brings over 15 years of experience in event operations and logistics, having managed complex projects for large events, including Formula 1, Eurovision Song Contest and major concert productions.
Melanie complements this with her background in sponsoring, fundraising, marketing, and event communication, gained through her work with the Zurich Film Festival, Afro-Pfingsten Festival, and Weihern Openair Festival. Together, we're well-equipped to handle all aspects of your event.

We ensure on-site execution by expertly coordinating all event personnel, including technical, hospitality, and security teams. We manage all contractors, meticulously overseeing technical production. Our team manages the complete build and breakdown of the event site, ensuring efficiency and safety. 04 Warehousing & Event Asset Management
We provide secure off-site warehousing for valuable event assets like showcars and displays. Our services include specialized transport, maintenance and preparation, and tailored storage solutions, ensuring the integrity of your high-value items.
05 Final Site Operations
We ensure a swift and organized on-site conclusion to your event. Our team provides comprehensive site coordination for a smooth and safe teardown. We manage thorough post-event cleaning and efficient waste removal, restoring the venue. Additionally, we handle final vendor payouts and conduct on-site staff debriefings, ensuring all immediate post-event responsibilities are efficiently addressed.
06 Post-Event Analysis & Reporting
